Baghdad – Mawazine News
excluded the deputy from the coordination framework, Zainab Al-Moussawi, from going to hold early elections in Iraq.
Al-Moussawi said that she “rules out that there will be new elections or just setting a date for them, given that the matter is not that easy.”
She added, “The issue of elections requires a new law and financial allocations, and perhaps the election commission will be completely replaced by independent people.”
Al-Moussawi called for the formation of a national service government to restore the Iraqi people’s confidence in the political process and not to repeat the elections.
Al-Moussawi indicated that “the coordinating framework is able to form a government through its candidate, Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, and that any party has the right to demand the re-election, provided that all parties that are the pillars of the political process agree.” Ended 29 / h
