Diyala police chief Jassem al-Saadi announced on Sunday that 12 members of Daqash were killed by a suicide bomber at a farewell party in al-Mukhisa, northeast of Diyala.
Al-Saadi said in a statement received by Al-Ghad Press that “the organization was holding a farewell party for one of the suicide bombers wearing an explosive belt in one of their additions in the orchards of Al-Waqf, north-east of Diyala, but the belt exploded and killed 12 members of the organization.”
