The President of the Kurdistan region, Nechirvan Barzani, congratulated, on Wednesday, the Islamic nation, especially the families of the martyrs, on the arrival of Eid al-Fitr, sending a message to all components of Iraq.
Barzani said in a statement: “I extend my warmest congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr to all Muslims of Kurdistan, Iraq, and the world, especially among them and the families of the martyrs.
He added, “Let us all take the meanings and concepts of the Eid of reconciliation, tolerance and reconciliation with ourselves, with those around us and with everyone, as a principle for our actions, our relationships and our future steps.”
He urged everyone to open a new page based on sharing and acceptance of the other, so that together, we can provide better service to our people and our country, and move towards a better future, towards tranquility and stability, and more protection of rights, freedoms, law and justice.
Barzani added, “Let us take the Eid in the Kurdistan region and all of Iraq as an opportunity to fold the pages of hate and break each other and the rough rhetoric once and for all, and make it, with pure hearts and pure intentions, the starting point for a new beginning based on cohesion, partnership and cooperation between all parties and components in order to solve the contract and problems and overcome crises, Let us all be up to the level of humanitarian and national responsibility. “Ended 29/6 n
