Al-Sudani and the Director of Arab Monetary discuss Iraq’s involvement in the international financial system

{Economic: Al Furat News} Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani received today, Sunday, the Director General of the Arab Monetary Fund, Abdul Rahman Al-Hamidi.

The Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement, of which Euphrates News Agency received a copy, that “during the meeting, they discussed mechanisms for joint cooperation in the field of supporting financial and banking policies and building human capacities, and discussing Iraq’s steps to engage with the international financial system, and the most prominent measures and reforms that the government is taking in this field.” The banking and financial sector, thus contributing to the promotion of economic development in Iraq.
