Twilight News / The American website “Toisted Seviter”, which specializes in scientific news and miscellaneous, reported that the “Garden of Eden” described in religious books, may be in Iraq.
According to a report by the American website translated by Twilight News, there are many questions about the actual location of the Eden Commission, described in the New Testament of the Bible.
First, the report called for a distinction between the biblical story of the Garden of Eden and the actual location, adding that according to the Bible writers, the first ever human being, Adam and Eve, lived in this paradise but gave up the temptation to eat forbidden fruit, noting that the story is religious in nature and relates to the interpretation of the free will of man and about
But regardless of the religious narrative, there is evidence that this legendary garden, represented by the Garden of Eden, is based on a real geographical location, and that there are evidence around it in the Book of Genesis where it talks about the Tigris River, which comes out of Aden to water paradise, and from there it branches into four waterways, the first bears the name
The second river is called Gihon, which is supposed to be in the land of Kush, while the third river bears the name of the Tigris, which is heading east of Assyria, while the fourth bears the name of the Euphrates River.
The report pointed out that the two rivers referred to, specifically the Tigris and Euphrates, start in Turkey and flow through Syria and Iraq before pling into the Gulf, while the other two rivers, i.e., Bishun and Jehon, it is not known what they are.
The report pointed out that “these two rivers refer, according to some theologians, to the Ganges River in India and the Nile River in Egypt, which may mean the Garden of Eden, which included a large part of the land.
Referring to the corridor between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and the Shatt al-Arab River, the belief is that the Garden of Eden is linked to an area in Iraq and Iran near the Gulf, according to the US website.
Scientifically, early humans lived on a completely different continent, Africa, where the largest concentration of human ancestral remains, including the remains of Astralopithecus, a monkey-like human species between 3.4 and 3.7 million years old, is located about 50 kilometers from Johannesburg, South Africa.

Saleh said to the official agency, followed by Mawazine News, that “there is a difference between the balance of supply and demand forces in the money market and the strength of the intervention of monetary policy in this transitional period by regulating the assets of foreign trade procedures, and meeting the financing needs of foreign currency by the banking sector and in accordance with international compliance rules on the one hand, which

Hussein was greeted warmly by Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who welcomed him as “my longtime friend,” while Hussein responded, “Thank you very much for your friendship—personal friend,” but also as “a friend of the Iraqi people.”

WASHINGTON DC, United States (Kurdistan 24) – Fuad Hussein, Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, began talks in Washington on Thursday in the first visit of a senior Iraqi delegation to the US since the country’s new prime minister, Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani, took office last October.
The discussions were held within the context of the US-Iraq Strategic Framework Agreement, which was concluded in 2008 by the George W. Bush administration in order to lay the basis for an enduring US relationship with Iraq, as Bush left office.
As he visited the State Department, Hussein was greeted warmly by Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who welcomed him as “my longtime friend.”
“We have worked together for many years—too many years,” Blinken said. “But it’s always wonderful to have you here.”
“Thank you very much for your friendship—personal friend, but also you are a friend of the Iraqi people,” Hussein responded.
This was, as State Department Spokesperson Ned Price later explained, the first time that a meeting of the Higher Coordinating Committee of the Strategic Framework Agreement focused almost entirely on economic issues.
Those issues include stabilization of the Iraqi currency, which has experienced a sharp decline, as the US has sought to prevent Iran from circumventing sanctions by exploiting Iraq’s banking system.
Thus, in addition to his discussions at the State Department, Hussein also met with senior officials at the Treasury Department.
Hussein told Kurdistan 24 that considerable progress had been made. “The Iraqi currency will be stabilizing,” he said. Americans have a “good understanding” of the situation, while the discussions he had at the Treasury Department would have a “positive impact” on the value of the Iraqi currency.
In addition, as Blinken explained, their talks included the subject of energy development, particularly electricity generation.
“Iraq can and should be strongly energy independent, and this is something that I think the United States and others can continue to support Iraq, as it moves in that direction,” Blinken stated.
Already last year, under the previous Iraqi government, the Ministry of Electricity announced plans to increase power production and reach energy independence by 2025.
Combatting climate change was a third item on the agenda, as Ned Price told journalists, before affirming a key point: “The United States supports a strong, stable, and sovereign Iraq.”
Indeed, Hussein spoke similarly to Kurdistan 24, saying that he feels there is strong support within the US for Iraq.
Last week US President Joe Biden and Iraq’s new prime minister spoke by telephone, in preparation for Hussein’s visit. In fact, Jordan’s King Abdullah was meeting with Biden at that time and joined in on the call.
The Biden administration has been promoting relations between Iraq and America’s Sunni Arab allies, including Kuwait. If successful, that will help anchor Iraq within a set of countries with which the US has friendly ties, while the oil rich states among them may invest in Iraq, promoting its economic development.
Although diplomatic relations between Baghdad and Kuwait were restored already in 2004, tensions and mistrust generated by Saddam Hussein’s invasion have long lingered.
Until 2021, Iraq was obliged to pay reparations to Kuwait following its expulsion from the shaykhdom in the 1991 Gulf War. That debt was repaid only after 20 years.
Similarly, until 2021, Iraq was still returning archives and other property it had stolen from Kuwait during its occupation of its small southern neighbor.
The Sudani government appears to be making a serious effort to normalize ties with the Sunni Arabs. In November, a month after taking office, Sudani travelled to Jordan and Kuwait, his first official visit abroad as Iraq’s prime minister.
Currently, Sudani is visiting the UAE, while the Saudi Foreign Minister last week was in Baghdad, where he held discussions with his Iraqi counterpart and other senior officials .
After years of continuous disagreements between the center and the region, the flame of rapprochement between the two parties has glowed to resolve the oil and gas law, which has long been neglected due to disagreement over how to manage oil wealth.
The hadiths within the corridors of parliament revolve around the existence of a rapprochement between the center and the region on the fundamental point of contention between the two parties, which is the oil and gas law, a law guaranteed by the Sudanese government within the paragraphs of its ministerial platform to resolve and end the controversy existing over the past governments and parliamentary sessions.

The Iraqi delegation headed by Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein, who is currently in Washington, D.C., confirmed that government measures aim to reform the banking system, on Friday.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Sahaf said in a statement received by NRT Arabia, a copy of it: “Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein and his accompanying delegation met with US Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wali Ademimo, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Elizabeth and senior employees of the ministry concerned with Iraq and the Middle East, pointing out that
The statement added, “The measures of the government and the Central Bank in developing and reforming monetary policy, and the government’s priority in promoting investment and trade, diversifying energy sources and facing current challenges at the monetary and banking levels, and the reform of these measures reflect the banking system by combating corruption and money laundering, and the importance of continuing technical meetings between specialists in this aspect.”

(Political: Al-Furat News) Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani announced that the government will submit the draft budget law of 2023 to the House of Representatives “soon.”
Al-Sudani said in a press statement: “The announcement of the general budget was delayed until it conforms to the government program, and that its announcement will be soon.”
He considered that “corruption is the first challenge in Iraq, and that the problem of corruption during the past years is that it was protected politically, and this prevented previous governments from working to eradicate it.”
But Al-Sudani said that his government is taking measures to confront corruption prevalent in Iraq through state institutions and the law, stressing that corruption should not be confronted selectively or for purposes related to settling narrow scores with political opponents, justifying the reason “that it will harm the anti-corruption campaign itself.”
He added that looted and smuggled funds are an important issue for Iraqis, stressing that “although there are no accurate and specific statistics on the amount of money looted or smuggled from Iraq, the current Iraqi government has made the file of recovering looted funds among its priorities.”
On external relations between Iraq and its neighbors, Al-Sudani stressed that the dialogue between Saudi Arabia and Iran will resume soon in Baghdad, indicating that the natural role of Iraq is to play a leading role in the region and open channels of dialogue between its neighbors, adding that it is in Iraq’s interest to have a role in establishing stability and bringing views closer between Saudi Arabia and
As for Turkey, Al-Sudani said that it represents an important trading partner for Iraq, and although the relationship sometimes fluctuates, Iraq always seeks strong relations with its neighbors.
Turkey is a gateway for Iraq to Europe, and there are important projects that will be announced soon regarding partnership and cooperation between the two countries, he said.
As for the United States, Al-Sudani said that Iraq’s relationship with it is strategic and long-term, and although Iraq does not need foreign combat forces, it needs cooperation, training and advice with the United States regarding confronting terrorism.
Al-Sudani pointed out that ISIS can no longer seize anywhere on Iraqi soil.
As for Gulf relations, Al-Sudani said that the Iraqi people sent in a 25 Gulf championship a spontaneous message expressing their thirst for communication with the Arab brothers, and announced that the Iraqi border is still open to brothers after the end of the tournament, pointing out that there is more than one free zone to be worked on at the border points with brothers in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
