  {Politics: Al Furat News} Iraq and Saudi Arabia are preparing to sign a memorandum of understanding in the capital, Baghdad, soon.

A statement of the Ministry of Culture, which {Al Furat News} received a copy of, stated that “on the sidelines of the 22nd World Summit of the World Council for Travel and Tourism, which was held in Riyadh for the period from 27-30 of this month, the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani met with the Saudi Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khatib, to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries. 
The two ministers discussed “joint files in the fields of culture, tourism and antiquities, and the consolidation of cooperation between the two countries in a way that contributes to the revitalization of tourism and the exchange of archaeological experiences.”

During the meeting, Minister Al-Khatib expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s willingness and willingness to support and support Iraq in any of the projects it needs, announcing the Kingdom’s agreement to sign a memorandum of understanding, soon, in Baghdad to confirm Saudi support. 

For his part, Al-Khatib affirmed his country’s readiness to directly restart the Iraq-Saudi Arabia line, and there are other matters to be announced after the signing of the cooperation agreement.
