The Iraqi politician, Mishaan al-Jubouri, said that considering the resignation of Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi in a session next Wednesday, his goal is to obtain a renewal of confidence, and the support of the new coalition for him “when the resignation is rejected.” Al-Jubouri said in a tweet on Twitter: “Next Wednesday, the parliament session to elect a replacement for Mr. Hakim Al-Zamili as the first deputy speaker of the parliament, and he will be replaced by Representative Mohsen Mandlawi.” And he continued: “As for the story of considering the resignation of the Speaker of Parliament, his goal is to obtain a renewal of confidence in the new coalition’s support for him when the resignation is rejected.”
