Tomorrow, Saturday, the Iraqi parliament set a date for a new session to vote on the country’s election law, explaining that parliamentary finance is working to quickly finalize the procedures for passing the three-year draft budget.
The media department of the Iraqi parliament – according to the Iraqi news channel, on Friday – stated that the session will also include a vote on the third amendment to the provincial council elections, adding that the extent of the council’s conviction of the answers of the Iraqi Media Network’s board of trustees will be voted on Friday.
The department explained that the parliament’s finance committee is determined to complete the budget quickly, stressing that it will be included on the council’s agenda in future sessions.
