, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs completed the technical and legal procedures for launching the emergency project to support stability and stability in the liberated areas in cooperation with the World Bank.
The Director General of the Department of Projects and Construction in the ministry, Aziz Ibrahim in a statement to the “morning”: that his ministry is currently in the completion of technical and legal touches to launch the emergency project to support stability and steadfastness in the liberated areas of the desecration of terrorists, “Daash”, which will be in cooperation with The World Bank after Iraq received a loan of 200 million dollars, to be a project to strengthen the social umbrella that the ministry seeks to provide for the poor and destitute and victims of
disasters.
He added that this large project will provide jobs for more than 850,000 people. He will also provide loans for small projects for self-reliance and the creation of a source of livelihood for families, adding that he provides psychological support especially to children and women to erase the dark period of the terrorists He added that the efforts of the social protection, training and employment sectors will be effective in opening training courses, granting loans and restoring the salaries of social benefits to beneficiaries from those
areas.
Ibrahim said that the ministry’s staff was proactive in re-opening its departments and training centers in the liberated areas immediately after the declaration of liberation from the abomination of gangs, “calling” the criminal, through the start of work as soon as possible, noting that a meeting with the British (Hardland) This effort and the needs of the higher bodies that are associated with them in order to provide more support for liberated areas as well as needy community groups.
He also pointed out that the ministry continues to provide support to the categories covered by the services provided by it, especially in the liberated areas. It has recently launched loans to support small projects in the governorate of Mosul for about 3,000 citizens. It is seeking to exert more efforts to secure the real needs of the local labor market and reduce the phenomenon. Unemployment in all governorates, especially in the liberated ones, noting that the next period will witness the movement of reconstruction and rehabilitation of those provinces with the near launch of funds allocated for the purpose of
reconstruction.
