{Political: Euphrates News} Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, chaired today, Wednesday, an important meeting of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, to finalize the draft federal budget law for the years (2023, 2022, 2025).
Al-Mandalawi valued, according to a statement by his office, a copy of which was received by {Euphrates News} “the efforts of the Chairman and members of the Finance Committee for their role in intensifying meetings and morning and evening hosting, which contributes to accelerating the completion of the provisions of the draft budget law, pointing out that discussions of the terms of the draft have reached the last stages, after the Finance Committee hosted during the past days ministers, governors and others, and determined the need of each party of financial allocations and exchange priorities, and that the draft law is being finalized until it is being included on the agenda of the next next sessions.”
Al-Mandalawi pointed out that “the draft federal budget law for the three years gave priority to the service aspect and strategic projects and increased the share of regional development, in addition to ensuring financial allocations for new appointees from holders of higher and early degrees, lecturers and other segments.”
