The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohammed Al-Halbousi, on Thursday, granted himself a normal 15-day leave and authorized his first deputy to manage the sessions.
A statement by the House of Representatives received by Mawazine News, a copy of it, “Based on a parliamentary order issued by him, the Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Al-Halbousi grants himself a regular leave for 15 days from April 3, and the First Deputy is authorized to manage the sessions of the House, with the authorization of the First Deputy and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives to follow up the work of the parliamentary committees during the period of the leave.”
