{Politician: Al-Furat News} The House of Representatives approved the adoption of electoral denominator 1.7 in the election law {St. Lego}.
Parliament voted to amend the articles of the origin of the law to read as follows:
Item 1 of Article (12):
First: Divide the correct sounds for each list by serial numbers (1, 7, 3, 5, 7, 9….. etc.) and the number of constituency seats and the highest outputs are selected until all constituency seats are exhausted.
Article 14: First: If a member of the House of Representatives or a member of the provincial council loses his seat for any reason, he is replaced by the next candidate in the number of votes obtained in his list.
Second: If a member of the House of Representatives or a member of the provincial council loses his seat for any reason and is on a single list, the seat is allocated to another candidate with the highest votes, the party or a political organization that obtained the maximum limit of votes and did not get a seat.
