Independent / – The exchange rates of the dollar against the dinar recorded a significant increase in the markets of the capital, Baghdad, the Kurdistan region and Basra.
And a bulletin of dollar exchange rates issued by “the central Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges showed that they recorded a new exchange rate today, which amounted to 154,500 Iraqi dinars for 100 dollars.”
And the bulletin shows, that “the buying and selling prices in exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad recorded an increase, as the selling price reached 154,500 dinars, while the purchase prices amounted to 153,500 dinars per 100 dollars.”

they call this significant, this is nothing. The citizens of Iraq do not want to use the dollar. Right now they still cant use their own national currency without a wheel barrow!
