Shafaq News / The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament stressed today, Monday, the need to form a “strong” Iraqi government that meets the aspirations of the people, while affirming the parliament’s keenness to strengthen relations with the United States of America in various fields.
Al-Mandalawi’s media office said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, “The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, discussed, during his meeting with the American ambassador in Baghdad, Alina Romanowsky, the importance of the new government being strong and responsive to the aspirations of the Iraqi people, and seeking balanced relations at the regional and international levels, and supportive of stability.” The entire country, and that the House of Representatives exercise its legislative and oversight role in following up on the implementation of its duties within the government curriculum.Al-Mandalawi affirmed the parliament’s keenness to strengthen relations with the United States of America in the economic, political and cultural fields.
