Shafaq News/ The Presidents of the Republic, Barham Salih and the Council of Ministers, Mustafa Al-Kazemi stressed today, Sunday, the necessity of strengthening the internal front and pursuing paths that consolidate security and protect civil peace.

The Presidency of the Republic said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that President Saleh received, today, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and during the meeting, many issues related to the general situation in the country, especially the existing political crisis, were discussed. and its repercussions.

He indicated that the importance of serious and effective dialogue was emphasized to reach solutions to the crisis and take into account the delicate circumstance the country is going through and the aspirations of the citizens.

It was also emphasized, according to the statement, the necessity of strengthening the home front and pursuing courses of action based on the supreme national interest, contributing to extricating the country from the current crisis, facing political, economic and financial challenges, responding to the expected benefits, consolidating security and stability, and protecting civil and social peace in the country.
