Baghdad / Obelisk: The former spokesman for the Sadrist movement, Hassan Al-Zarkani, confirmed that the movement supports the formation of a strong government that deals with the current crises, while noting that if the movement had not, the coordination framework would not have been able to put forward a prime ministerial candidate.Al-Zarkani said during a televised meeting, which was followed by the obelisk, that the movement supports the formation of a strong government that addresses the current crises, pointing out that the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, did not say his official statement regarding the nomination of Muhammad Shia al-Sudani for prime minister, and everyone is waiting for the situation.
He made it clear that Al-Sadr’s problem is not with the names. It is true that some of the names were involved in serious corruption files and had exclusionary ambitions and aimed at sedition, as we heard from the leaks.
He added that the coordinating framework was one third disabled, and the most that he had was obstruction only, wondering: What will the Sudanese do? Will the corrupt be held accountable? He added that had it not been for the position of the Sadrist movement and the opening of the blockage that led us to the framework, the coordination would not have been able to put forward a candidate for prime minister, adding that one of the achievements of the movement is that it removed the first class of experienced politicians from power.
