And the judiciary’s media stated, in a brief statement, that {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, that: “The Federal Supreme Court has set next Sunday as the date for filing the lawsuit against accepting the election of Hoshyar Zebari for the presidency of the republic.”

The Federal Supreme Court had issued a state order to stop the procedures for the nomination of Hashyar Mahmoud Muhammad Zebari for the position of President of the Republic until the resolution of the case No. 17 / Federal / 2022.
