Saleh and Zeidan stress the importance of protecting the democratic path in resolving electoral complaints and appeals

{Political: Al Furat News} The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, assured, on Tuesday, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, the importance of protecting the democratic path in resolving electoral complaints and appeals. 

And his media office stated in a statement that {Euphrates News} received a copy of it that “President Saleh received at the Baghdad Palace, the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, while stressing the importance of protecting the democratic path and constitutional contexts in resolving electoral complaints and appeals, taking into account the utmost commitment.” Degrees of care and impartiality in resolving them, in a manner that enhances confidence in the electoral process to be a path and a peaceful option for the country.

The importance of strengthening national cohesion, solidarity and dialogue to discuss the expected national benefits, the most important of which is the formation of an effective government that protects the country’s higher interests, and responds to the aspirations of the people to improve living and service conditions, was also stressed.Share if you like
