Saadallah said; The program “State Dialogue” broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel tonight, said: “The Security Council blessed, according to the report of the committee it formed at the request of the government and political blocs, and the appeals and objections submitted to the judiciary will not change the course of the electoral results.”
He added, “The Sadrist movement wants to go to the national majority, but it is not easy for the big powers to respond to this matter.”
Saadallah added, “The new government will not be formed as it was formed in previous times. From an international point of view, the United States and Iran are both parties to the elections. What happened is that America has not succeeded in the last 18 years in forming a government that is satisfactory to all and the people, and it is time for an Iraqi government to be formed outside the two parties of satisfaction.”
He pointed out that “the problem is not with the personality of the candidate for prime minister, but with the coordination framework, and the first Sadrist movement wants a consensus president and the other wants it by the majority.”
And Saadallah said, “Iraq links it with countries with common interests, and it is not possible to proceed alone, and the burden must be placed on one side to bear the responsibility of the new government and the international community rejects the instability of Iraq.”
“We fear the return of Chapter VII to Iraq, and the countries have openly declared their rejection of the threats,” he stressed.
Saadallah concluded, by saying, “There is a clear agreement to withdraw all foreign combat forces from Iraq, but not a complete withdrawal according to the request of the Iraqi government, and what remains are highly-certified advisers to give intelligence advice, and American forces will be tasked with protecting them and American interests.”

The Commission: We will permanently close the file of manual counting and sorting after the completion of Nineveh stations

He concluded his speech by saying that the judiciary will not need a long time to issue its decision and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Al-Rafidain announces 4% interest on savings accounts for citizens

The statement indicated that “the bank granted the interest rate on fixed deposits for a period of six months to be 4.5 percent and the interest rate on fixed deposits for a period of time to be 5 percent, in addition to determining the interest rate on deposits for a period of two years to become 5.5 percent if the amount deposited is less than 50 million and 6 percent if the amount is more than 50 million dinars.

Mubasher: The Iraqi Drilling Company announced today, Wednesday, the signing of a contract with Schlumberger International to drill 37 oil wells in the Zubair field in Basra.null

The general manager of the company, Basem Abdul Karim Al-Shamkhani, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “A contract for oil services has been signed with Schlumberger International for a period of 3 years.”

He added that under the contract, the company will provide logistics services for drilling 37 oil wells in the Zubair field in Basra for the Italian company ENI, the operator of the field.

It is noteworthy that the Iraqi Drilling Company had earlier obtained drilling contracts with the Italian company ENI, and had achieved resounding success in implementing the previous contracts and completing all drilling operations of wells with high quality and before the officially scheduled period.

He added, “Most of the combat forces left Iraq, and only advisers and those working in the field of intelligence or reconnaissance, as well as training and advice, remained.”  

He pointed out that “the rest of the foreign forces are a small part, and all of them will leave within 15 days, except for those whose mission has turned to advise, provide information and support the Iraqi security forces,” noting that “there is a schedule for delivering weapons and equipment to the combat forces.”

Shafaq News/ The Independent High Electoral Commission announced, on Wednesday, the completion of the manual counting of the contested stations in the capital, Baghdad, and the governorates of Najaf and Muthanna.

The commission said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, “The re-counting and manual counting of the contested stations on both sides of Karkh, Rusafa and the governorates of Najaf and Muthanna has been completed, based on the decision of the Judicial Authority for Elections, in the presence of representatives of the contesting candidates, international observers and authorized media personnel.”

She added, “The result of re-counting and manual counting of these stations will be submitted to the Board of Commissioners to take the appropriate recommendation in light of the procedures followed and submit it to the Judicial Authority for Elections.”

She pointed out that “tomorrow, Thursday, will be devoted to re-counting and sorting the stations of Nineveh Governorate, the last of the contested stations.”

Earlier on Wednesday, the commission said it had started the manual counting and sorting process for 264 polluted stations in Baghdad, Muthanna and Najaf.
