, the Independent High Electoral Commission announced today, Monday, the start of manual counting of stations for which a decision was issued by the judiciary, noting that the number of stations covered is 108.
Imad Jamil, a member of the Commission’s media team, said in a press statement, “The manual counting and sorting operations began this morning at the stations that have been decided upon by the judiciary.”
He added that “the number of stations covered by re-counting and manual sorting is 108,” noting that “these stations belong to the Baghdad / Rusafa election office.”
