Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, will start a visit to Qatar and Iraq tomorrow, Sunday, in the framework of strengthening bilateral relations and discussing regional and international issues.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh announced that, starting tomorrow, Muhammad Javad Zarif, heading a delegation, will visit Doha and Baghdad.
He stressed that this visit comes within the framework of strengthening regional and international relations and talks, noting that Zarif will meet with senior officials in the two countries.
Last week, Zarif visited Jakarta and met with the President of the Republic and the Indonesian Foreign Minister, to discuss bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common concern.
On Wednesday, the Iranian Foreign Minister hosted in Tehran his Pakistani counterpart, Shah Mahmud Qureshi, and the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in the week before last was also hosted in Tehran.
