Shafaq News / The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, received today, Sunday, March 21st, a phone call from Federal Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.

During the phone call, Prime Minister Al-Kazemi congratulated the Prime Minister on the occasion of Nowruz and the Kurdish New Year, and expressed his hope that Nowruz would be a source of peace and stability for the people of Kurdistan and Iraq in general.

For his part, the Prime Minister thanked Prime Minister Al-Kazemi for his call and wished that Nowruz would be a source of good and that it would be an opportunity to end the suffering and solve the problems in Iraq.

Earlier today, Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region, received a phone call from Mustafa Al-Kazemi, Prime Minister of Federal Iraq.

A statement issued by the presidency of the region received by Shafaq News stated that during the phone call, in addition to congratulating President Nechirvan Barzani on the occasion of Nowruz and the Kurdish New Year, Al-Kazemi expressed his hope that it would be a safe holiday and a new year full of success and happiness for his Excellency and the people of Kurdistan.

For his part, Barzani thanked Al-Kazemi for his contact, hoping for safety, stability, solving problems and overcoming the crises of Iraq.
