The Iraqi Foreign Minister, Fuad Hussein, confirmed today, Friday, that there is a great rapprochement between Erbil and Baghdad, indicating that the two sides will agree on the detailed points related to the budget law.
Hussein told Maras that the meetings that took place in the Kurdistan Region went well.
In response to a question about the understandings between Erbil and Baghdad, the Foreign Minister said, “They have very close to each other. There are detailed points related to the budget and will be resolved as well.”
He continued, “The meetings, whether in Erbil or Dohuk, and here also are going well. They are that Baghdad and Erbil are very close to each other. There are some disputed points related to the draft budget, and it will be resolved as well.”
