Al-Rafidain and Al-Rasheed direct the resumption of working hours tomorrow Thursday to complete the payment of salaries

Shafaq News / Al-Rafidain and Al-Rashid banks were directed, on Wednesday, to resume work on Thursday in some of its branches to complete the payment of employees salaries.

The media office of the bank said in a statement that “according to the directives of the bank’s general manager and in coordination with the Central Bank of Iraq, it has been decided to resume work on Thursday for the branches that have resettlement and include paying salaries.”

He stressed “the need to adhere to the preventive measures against the Corona virus.”

And Rafidain Bank began this week to distribute the salaries of employees and retirees, and before Eid al-Adha.

For his part, the general manager of Al-Rasheed Bank directed the bank’s branches in Baghdad and the provinces and authorized to pay the salaries of employees and retirees to open their doors for tomorrow, Thursday, to pay the salaries of all state employees and retirees before the days of Eid al-Adha 

The Iraqi government decided to impose a comprehensive curfew during Eid al-Adha, in an effort to reduce the infection of the Corona virus, which has spread widely in Iraq.

The Supreme Committee for Health and Safety said, during a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, on Sunday, that the ban will start from Thursday, June 30, until Sunday, August 9. To be considered in the ban after the Eid holiday.
