The office of the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masroor Barzani, had stated, earlier today, Sunday, during a statement that a phone call took place between the latter and the joint head of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Pavel Talabani, to discuss solving the problem of the parliament session.
He pointed out that Talabani asked to postpone the session for 24 hours without any conditions in order to allow the leadership of his party and the Kurdistan Democratic to reach a specific understanding.
The statement added that this request was considered a solution and the session was postponed for 24 hours in a dialogue between the Presidency of the Parliament of Kurdistan and the leaderships of the two parties without any conditions.
The Kurdistan Regional Parliament failed on Sunday morning to hold a regular session because of the continuing differences between the parliamentary blocs.
And on the 20th of July, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan decided to suspend its presence in the regional parliament’s sessions, following its disagreement with the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the two largest parties in the region.
A source from inside the National Union told Shafaq News that the party’s leadership council was at the forefront of its decision to hold a meeting with the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
The National Union, elected in February this year, Pavel Talabani, and Lahore Sheikh Genki, co-presidents, and there was no official meeting at the leadership level with the KDP throughout that period.
The new leadership of the National Union accuses the Kurdistan Democratic Party of not recognizing it.
The Kurdistani Democrat has a majority in the Parliament of the Region, and he also has the Presidency of the Territory and its government.

Al-Yasiri said in a press statement, “It is natural for the government to commit to providing pensions for those who have an obligation to it; employees, retirees, and those covered by social welfare and others, because the state views the matter with a view of legal, moral and technical commitment.”
He emphasized that “the central bank has contributed to solving the government’s financial bottlenecks on more than one occasion, especially since 2014 and until now,” stressing that “the central bank is not expected to fail the government with the powers it provided to financial facilitation.”
And between “the decline in oil prices leads to internal and external borrowing, and internal borrowing creates pressure on the central bank reserves, because the dinar that the government borrows will transfer indirectly to a demand on the dollar, which means the value of the bank’s currency.” The public was affected in general. ”

Shafaq News / The Rafidain Bank announced that it will begin distributing the salaries of the ministries and institutions of the endemic country their salaries to the bank for the month of July through electronic payment tools.
