Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi is still in Beirut and will arrive tonight in Baghdad

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} An informed source revealed that the candidate for the presidency of the transitional government, Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, is still in the Lebanese capital Beirut and will arrive tonight in the capital, Baghdad.

The source pointed out to {Euphrates News} that “all the planes in Beirut heading to Baghdad have arrived and may be detained by a private plane and transferred to Baghdad.”

The Euphrates News Agency had revealed earlier that Allawi is the favorite among the five candidates he is among them to head the government.
