Al-Karawi said in an interview with (Baghdad Today), that “the escalation witnessed by Baghdad and the rest of the provinces by a small group that penetrated peaceful demonstrations is expected several days ago after setting next Friday a date for the million demonstration to expel the American occupier as the first responsible for what is happening in the country being the biggest corrupt He is the one who tries to mix cards and stir up discord. ”
Al-Karaawi added, “The peaceful demonstration that aims to change and reform strongly supports and we see that the protests remain in their specific locations is a positive thing to push the political process towards the desired change for all components, but what happened today is very negative, especially cutting the main roads and preventing official working hours in large educational and service institutions in addition to To overtake and burn one of the political headquarters, let alone to seriously offend the images of the martyrs of the popular crowd, especially the image of the martyr commander Abu Mahdi, the engineer who gave his soul as an offering for the homeland and belief. ”
Al-Karaawi pointed out that “there is a category that penetrates the demonstrations, which tries to offend all the lofty meanings for them. What happened today is the measure of that category that the real peaceful demonstrators must produce and remove from the scene because their goal is to burn the country and push it to the abyss to forgive God,” noting that “the escalation will continue with Close to the millionth demonstration of the expulsion of the occupier, because this group understands that expelling America will reveal its papers, and this is why it seeks to cause any chaos or confusion to prevent the demonstration or delay, and this will never happen. ”
Al-Karawi said that “the Friday demonstration is for all Iraqis and its legitimate demands to expel the American occupier, indicating that they represent the demands of all components, and whoever tries to harm this demonstration or escalation in order to postpone it means that it represents an instrument in the hands of the occupier, and this is what must be paid attention to by the Iraqi public opinion.”
