A Kurdish parliamentary source said today, Tuesday, that the Kurds will challenge the Federal Court’s decision to end the security agreement with the American forces.
The source told “Al-Ikhbaria” that “the Kurdish political parties will challenge the decision of Parliament regarding the American withdrawal to the Federal Court.”
And that “the decision was taken unilaterally and emotionally without a consensual decision by the partners,” noting that “the withdrawal of the Americans from Iraq means the re-creation of a new Afghanistan as it is filled with warlords and armed groups outside the law.”
