The leader of the Iraqi religious movement, Moqtada al-Sadr, hailed the decision by Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to include all the “popular mobilization” groups that were formed to fight the “da’ash” organization of the Iraqi armed forces.
