Parliamentary finance reveals the date of receipt of salaries for employees of the region

(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The parliamentary finance committee announced on Saturday that the federal government will send the amounts allocated to salaries of employees before the Eid al-Fitr.

The MP from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Sherwan Mirza in a press statement, the federal government will send the amounts allocated to salaries of employees for the third month to the Kurdistan region before the Eid al-Fitr.

He added that the federal government sends the amounts allocated to salaries of employees on the days of 11 to 15 of each month, but this month and because of the Eid al-Fitr, the federal government will send the amounts allocated for salaries before the holiday.

He continued, as the federal government will send staff salaries before Eid, the Kurdistan Regional Government to begin distributing the salaries of employees before the Eid.

The federal budget for the year 2019 provides that the federal government will send the amount of 522 billion dinars to the Kurdistan region as allocations for salaries of employees and Peshmerga forces.

The Ministry of Oil announced on Saturday the export of more than 103 million barrels of oil during the month of April, pointing to revenues of 6.8 billion dollars.

The ministry spokesman Asim Jihad said in a statement received by “Economy News”, “The total quantities exported crude oil for the month of April from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 100 million and 635 thousand and 9 barrels, with revenues amounted to 6 billion and 819 million and 902 thousand dollars, .

He added that “the quantities exported from the Kirkuk oil through the port of Ceyhan was 2 million and 570 thousand barrels, with revenues amounted to 173 million and 513 thousand and 13 dollars, while the amount of exports of the field Qayyarah 783 thousand and 598 barrels with revenues of 27 million and 251 thousand and 971 dollars.”

Jihad pointed out that “the average price per barrel amounted to (67,514) dollars,” explaining that “the exported quantities were loaded by 37 international companies of different nationalities, from the ports of Basra and Khor al-Amiyah and the unilateral buoys on the Gulf and the Turkish port of Ceyhan.”
