  2. Well, I hope I’m wrong but it looks like we can forget about any vote on and/or completion of the GOI until after the summer holiday. None of the agendas call for this most important vote. Mahdi is risking the stability of his position the longer he lets himself be pushed around. In my 10 years with this I have never seen a complete cabinent. It’s always the vacant Interior minister and defense.

And did you see the Bahgdadi video surface? More reason to point to “terrorist threat” and security issues.

Many folks are looking at next year, if ever, now that all the obstacles have been cleared and still no movement on currency reform. All I can say is that it is an exercise in patience and frustration even trying to keep up with this.

    Thanks for your efforts Walter!

    • Thanks aanth, I do think that the cab will be completed once we see the change in currency… Baghdadi showing up in a video- looking pretty hefty there, meanwhile his cronies are starving & getting killed, might now bode well… when is this gonna happen? It’s anyone’s guess, but we can see that the country itself is moving ahead like they are expecting some kind of change.. MOU’s getting signed for all kinds of services, even making my deals for electricity with Germany to name a very few items that they are accomplishing- why haven’t they been implemented yet, cause they are waiting on the rate change… they are probably just as anxious as anyone else….
      Thanks again-
