This cabinet plan to equate contract holders with employees {expanded}

(Baghdad: Al Furat News) Cabinet held its eighth regular session, on Tuesday, chaired by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.
A statement issued by the Prime Minister, received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, “The Council of Ministers discussed in its meeting the equality of workers contracts and wages daily staff and including the privileges and rights obtained by the employee in the state, such as loans and housing land and pensions and retirement, as well as giving them priority in the appointment of the owners And to calculate their services for the purposes of the premium, promotion and retirement in accordance with the laws in force as employees, provided that the government shall bear the previous pension detention for the service. 
He added that “the Prime Minister presented the subject for discussion within the session,” calling for “to synthesize the decision and to complete it in all legal aspects to achieve the goal of fairness of this productive and sacrifice and reassure its children on the government’s quest for stability of living.”
“The Cabinet also issued a number of resolutions, including the adoption of the recommendations of the Energy Committee on the amendment required to contract service for the oil field of Badra, and the presentation of the draft anti-terrorism law to the Council of Ministers.” 
He pointed out that “with the aim of improving services in hotels and tourist sites, the subject of the Royal Tulip Hotel was re-introduced, and a two-week period to negotiate with the investor.” 
The statement said that “the Council again discussed the draft law amending the Criminal Procedure Law No. 23 of 1971, while voting to resolve the legal opinion for the purchase of weapons from the Police Martyrs’ Fund, in addition to voting on the draft agreement on air transport between Iraq and Ukraine.” 
He added, “The Cabinet also decided to cancel the date of elections for the districts and districts and research with the Commission in determining an appropriate date.”
