The leader of the victory coalition Prime Minister Haider Abadi on Saturday his coalition not to engage in conflicts with the rest of the parties and political forces competing for the designation of the largest bloc and the formation of the next federal government.

The President of the Republic Fuad Masum met yesterday evening with Abadi and discussed the acceleration of the formation of the largest bloc, and the first meeting of the parliament to choose a new government for Iraq, has also held earlier in the day a similar meeting with his deputy and the leader of a coalition of state law Nuri al-Maliki.

“We are keen to unify the political efforts and not to enter into conflicts for the national project,” Abadi said during the regular meeting of the victory coalition held today.

“The independence of the Iraqi decision is a national commitment for us, and will not be a slogan but a consistent approach.”
