Abadi cancels the withdrawal of the crowd from the cities and orders his leadership

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Haider al-Abadi, issued instructions to the People’s Assembly Authority to abolish the withdrawal of the masses from the cities and to disengage them from the religious thresholds and parties.

A document issued by the Office of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, signed by His Special Secretary (Lieutenant General Mohammad Hamid Kazim) addressed to the Popular Mobilization Authority / Office of the Chairman of the Commission,

According to the document obtained by al-Marbid, the directives came as follows:

– Canceling the contents of the two books (Office of the Vice President of the Commission / 1388) on 2 August, (Office of the Deputy Commission / 1339) on 18 August, and the form of compliance with the law and instructions that do not politicize the popular crowd.

– Not to cancel or introduce any formations until after obtaining the approval of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, otherwise the relevant parties will bear the legal responsibility

– Do not move any formations only after full coordination with the command of joint operations and collect the approval of the commander-in-chief of the armed forces in accordance with the contexts followed.

On Monday, the People’s Assembly was ordered to leave the cities and disengage from the parties and thresholds that formed them, while the violators threatened to deal with them as a force outside the crowd.
