Kubic calls for the speedy announcement of the provisional results of the elections and the resolution of appeals

(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubic, called for the speedy announcement of the interim results of the Iraqi parliamentary elections and the resolution of appeals.
“We welcome today the declaration of the Council of Judges of the Electoral Commission for elections to complete the process of counting and counting in all of Iraq’s 18 provinces as well as the vote abroad.” 
The Council of Judges congratulated this important achievement towards the completion of the 2018 electoral process in Iraq.
