(Baghdad: al-Furat News) Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, his call for political blocs to meet after the end of the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, “stressing” the lack of entry of countries in the constitutional vacuum “currently.”

“Terrorists are now working in small cells, in desert areas and in unpopulated areas, and our security forces are still carrying out large pre-emptive operations and the intelligence effort is very much in detecting terrorist cells even before they are formed and pursued outside Iraq,” he said.

He called on the political blocs to cooperate to form an operating room or as we called the Preparatory Committee to lay the foundations of any political agreement to build the state’s next program, stressing that “we do not want to be the demands of the blocks of mass or special demands of the party we want national demands are a national document of what we offer to the citizen.”
He added that “the tasks of the political blocs is not the rule, but is to provide what is good for the citizen and provide protection for him and move the economy and the work of comprehensive reforms in the administrative side and provide thousands of job opportunities and improve the standard of living for citizens.”
He called Abadi “political blocs during the national meeting to be held soon national preference over narrow interests and completion of the constitutional benefits to the convening of the next parliament and the formation of the new government after the end of the process of counting and sorting and consider appeals and violations.
He also called on “all political blocs to respect the constitutional contexts,” stressing that “we will not allow ourselves to be part of any fraud,” noting that “the process of rigging the elections is a crime, and the state fights all the fraud.”
“He called on the Iraqi security services to search for evidence to prove fraud in the election process, find the forgers and hand them over to the judiciary,” he said.
He also called on “the judicial authorities to expedite the issuance of arrest warrants against the counterfeiters in the elections.”
“The electoral process is expensive for us because it is the voice of the citizen and the voice of citizen Aziz on us and any attempt to falsify the citizen’s voice is a major crime against the Iraqi people and the right of the country,” Abadi said.
He added that “the subject of fraud in the elections is now the hands of the judiciary, which took over the responsibility of the administration of the Electoral Commission,” noting that “the government is committed to the constitutional times, and I call on all political blocs to adhere to these times.”
He stressed that “all the political blocs told us ready to attend the national meeting, which we initiated to hold, and the main blocks identified representatives of each block to coordinate with the Preparatory Committee for the national meeting.”
He pointed out that “the general program of the state administration must be determined politically,” pointing out, “We have two tracks, namely, the election scrutiny and accelerate the measures of the blocs that form the next House of Representatives, which should have understandings and meetings and this part of the mission of the state and political blocs are not far from the state because Parliament Is formed and the parliament is formed government. ”
The prime minister warned of “the reflection of political differences on security, economy, services and citizens, and to find links between the political blocs is one of the most important functions of the state,” stressing that “our task is to bring the distance between the political blocs,” warning of “any dispute reflected on the street.”
He added that “there are false messages from some political blocs that led to intimidation of citizens, and the duty of the state is to protect the citizen,” stressing “should not be the interest of the political blocs above the interest of the country, and must be the concern is the citizen and protect him.
“We will not allow the violation of the law and endanger security, we have stepped up our security plans to pursue terrorism and we are taking the terrorists in several steps and continue in this framework and continue to fight organized crime.”

He added that “all the blocks confirmed their keenness to participate in the national meeting, which we initiated, and the preparatory committee for this meeting is to consider the details.”
He denied that “there is any coordination between the Iraqi government and the Turkish side on the subject of the implementation of raids on elements of the Workers Party inside the Iraqi territory in the mountains Qandil,” noting that “the problem of the Qandil mountains is an old problem is a border area is very rough and the border is not clear and the Turkish army is conducting military operations Against anti-Turkish groups in line with the Turkish elections. ”
He pointed out that “the firm position of Iraq is to prevent any acts hostile to neighboring countries and we do not allow any group to carry out hostile action against neighboring countries, and to agree to any hostile action against Turkey.”
“We do not allow the Iraqis to carry arms outside the state, so how do we allow foreigners to carry them inside our territory?” He said. “It is not permissible for the Labor Party to carry out military operations inside Iraqi territory because it is a foreign and non-Iraqi party and our invitation to Turkey is to respect Iraqi sovereignty and not to carry out any military action inside The Iraqi territories and we will not allow any violation of the sovereignty of Iraq and from any party. ”
