The leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Said Mamuzini, said Wednesday that a joint delegation of the Patriotic and Democratic Kurdistan will visit Baghdad to discuss the accession to the conquest and others.
“A joint delegation from the National Democratic Party of Kurdistan will visit Baghdad after Eid al-Fitr for the purpose of discussing and understanding about the formation of the next government,” Mamuzini told Al-Ghad Press.
“The important point in these negotiations between the Kurds and the Iraqi blocs is to implement the constitution and abide by it and guarantee the constitutional rights of the people of Kurdistan,” he said.
“The Kurdish parties must join the two parties in order to form a strong coalition to reorganize the Kurdish house,” he said. “There are unannounced talks and attempts underway to resolve the crisis that took place between the Kurdish parties after the May 12 elections.”
On Tuesday, Asroun and Fatah announced their alliance formally to form the largest bloc in the next government.
