3 – Assignment of the Ministry of Health and Baghdad Health Department Rusafa to take the necessary measures to improve health centers in the area of Husseiniya and the development of operating halls and birth halls and beds for emergencies and stagnation.

4 – To find a mechanism to allocate sufficient amounts to complete the schools of justice and the number of (17) schools and a total amount of (10.285) billion dinars.

E – The project of national effort to cover the streets with an amount of (8) billion dinars and the Ministry of Finance settlement of materials used by the other ministries.

6 – completing the shops (209 and 217) executed by the company Taj Al-Bina with an amount of (9) billion dinars.

7- Financing the completion of the water flowers project in the amount of (6) billion dinars as an annual allocation of the total amount of (22) billion dinars.

8 – Rehabilitation of the water network implemented phase I and completion of the remaining cost of (3) billion dinars.

9- To provide an operational grant for cleaning in the district of Husseiniya in the amount of (200) million dinars per month.

During the meeting, the vote on the registration of the cars of the 2014 model (Ma’alaya) entering Iraq through the port of Kirkuk, as a fact, provided that the last entry to vehicles on 31-12-2016.

The Board voted to pay the dues of the executing company of Basmaya Housing Project.

A vote was taken on the continuation of the Cabinet Decision No. 24 of 2017 on the purchase of relief materials and household items and the construction, maintenance and restoration of the camps.

The Council of Ministers voted on the draft Statute of the International Court of Justice.

The session witnessed the vote on the draft law of ratification of the Convention on the establishment of the Global Alliance for Drylands.

The draft ratification of the air services agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was voted on.

The Council also voted to compensate for job vacancy rates, retirees and retirees of the sons of the Christian component.
