The agency said a stable outlook reflected expectations that the fiscal deficit will be modest over the next few years, Reuters reported.

Tehran: Baghdad and Erbil talks have made important strides

The Iranian consulate in Sulaymaniyah confirmed on Friday that the talks between Baghdad and Erbil have gone through important stages to resolve all the dilemmas between the region and the center.
