The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and a member of the negotiating committee with Baghdad, Saadi Bireh, said Tuesday that the meeting of the Supreme Committee for the referendum of the region held a meeting and decided to determine next week a date to visit Baghdad.

He said in an interview with a number of media including, Alsumaria News, “The delegation assigned by the Supreme Committee for the referendum of the Kurdistan region to negotiate with the federal government in Baghdad, held today, a meeting in the city of Erbil,” noting that “the delegation will visit Baghdad next week to discuss Baghdad Referendum and independence. “

For his part, said the head of the debt of the presidency of the region Fouad Hussein, “There is another meeting to be held by the delegation to discuss other issues.”
