The Federal Court will hear tomorrow the experts’ report on the budget appeal

(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The Federal Supreme Court announced its agenda for the meeting on Thursday, and includes the consideration of five constitutional cases in the forefront of the appeal of {23} Article of the federal budget for the current year 2017.

A statement issued by the Information Office of the Federal Supreme Court received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, “The Court will hold its meeting tomorrow to consider the cases on its agenda.” 

And between, that ” the first case the court is to consider the appeal by {23} Article of the Federal Budget Law materials hosted by the Prime Minister in addition to his job , ” noting that ” the previous meeting , had witnessed the election of five experts and two reserve to provide a report that includes the technical aspects of the subject of the appeal “He said. 

He pointed out that ” the court will consider a lawsuit to challenge the constitutionality of the Revolutionary Command Council resolution dissolved No. {120} for the year 1994, the theme of non – release of the convict released for the crime of damage with state funds unless recovered from him the money , ” he said , adding that ” the court will also consider a request rule unconstitutional protocol system (4) of the year for violating the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq in Articles {1} and {47} thereof, which was established by the Speaker of the House of Representatives / in addition to his function to the Prime Minister / in addition to his job. 

The statement pointed out that “another lawsuit on the agenda was set up by a member of the Board of Governors of the former request for the provision of invalidity of item {II / 1 – 2 – 3} of Resolution {333/2015] and the restoration of pension rights to him. 

The statement added that “the court will also consider the case of former MP Mohammed al-Tai to request the decision to cancel the decision of the House of Representatives adopted at the meeting {37} held on 25/5/2017, and return to the membership of the House of Representatives.” 

The Federal Supreme Court elected at its last session on July 27 last five new experts to submit a technical report in the appeal against some articles of the General Budget Law for the current year. 

The Federal Court will be directed at its tomorrow questions to experts regarding a statement that conducted by the House of Representatives on the draft 2017 submitted by the government ‘s budget law from the transfer of funds between the doors or chapters or adjust the amounts of some materials or adding new materials and amounts were not present government project and is that those The variables have added new financial burdens phenomenon or not, but will appear when the implementation of the budget items. ” 

The court will also ask experts on whether the revised budget approved by the House of Representatives last week includes what intersects or affects objections to the constitutional, and what is required?
