The Iraqi air force has destroyed seven ISIS posts and booby-trapped bikes in Mayadin district in eastern Syria and at the outskirts of Qa’im city near the Syrian border few hours prior to launching the terror attacks on the Iraqi cities, killing tens of the group’s terrorists, he added.
 
In June 2014, Sistani issued a fatwa calling for fight against ISIS and establishing Iranian Militias in Iraq and Syria (IMIS).
