Twilight News / Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari on Sunday called on Britain to contribute to the opening of the headquarters of the International Monetary Fund, the IMF in Baghdad and a meeting of the Iraqi Business Council British during the coming period.
