On Thursday, July 13, 2017, the Military Information Cell of the Joint Operations Command in Iraq will hold a press conference at the Pentagon headquarters on the liberation of the city of Mosul.

“It will hold a press conference at the Pentagon’s media center with all the international and Arab media,” the cell said in a statement read by the RODAO news network.

The statement added that the conference “will be transmitted directly at 1:30 pm Washington time at 8:30 pm Baghdad time.”

“This is the first time that the Pentagon has allowed the time of its daily press conference to be given to another country,” he said. “One issue is the Iraqi victory in Mosul.”

We would like to draw the attention of our distinguished followers to the fact that the RODAO Media Network will broadcast the press conference directly on the air.

The Iraqi Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Haider Abadi, announced on Monday evening, 10-7-2017, the liberation of the city of Mosul entirely from the control of the “Islamic State”, calling after 3 years and a month of the imposition of the latter control of The city, despite the presence of confrontations between Iraqi forces and insurgents in some areas so far.
