Observatory: Daesh executed 200 civilians in Tal Afar

Twilight News / said the Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights that the silence of the Iraqi government towards the violations and practices carried out by the organization Daesh against civilians caught up in the district of Tal Afar is unjustified.
Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights said that the organization was executed nearly 200 civilians in the Qadisiyah neighborhood of Tal Afar after spending their arrest in the Eid al – Fitr because they tried to escape towards the security forces east of the judiciary.
The observatory also said that the elements of the organization hung 17 bodies on the electric poles near the eastern gate of the judiciary in step flagrant violation of all international human rights standards , the Police Directorate.
Witnesses from the district of Tal Afar residents said during several interviews, ” The execution process was preceded by court proceedings on charges (leaving the land of the caliphate) and that civilians have come to what is called Sharia court in Tal Afar, and sentenced them to death because of the charge.”
Vice Chairman of the Nineveh province , Noureddine Kaplan said during an interview with the Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights said that ” the organization detained civilians who belong to ethnic Turkmen about a month ago and executed after trying to flee to safe areas.”
And called for the security and defense committee parliamentary district of Tal Afar after the liberation of the extension of control over Mosul, saying that a delay in freeing the judiciary means the return Daesh again to Mosul.
Chairman of the Committee of quitting, said during a press conference held in the parliament building with the participation of members of the committee and the notables of Tal Afar, ” The liberation of Tall Afar delay means the return Daesh again to Mosul.”
MP in the Iraqi parliament called for the Turkmen component Hassan Turan during an interview with the Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights , “General Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister Haider al – Abadi to launch and start editing district of Tal Afar operations to save the civilian population from attacks Daesh.”
Tauran said that “the international coalition to begin operations of the bombing of dens and sites within the organization of the judiciary, and transit corridors safe for the families of the civilian population who are trying to escape from the judiciary and receive them in displacement camps.”
Ghani Silwan , a civil activist from Tal Afar , and now resides in Dohuk during an interview with the Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights said that “organizing” Daesh “uses a lot of families and civilians in the district of Tal Afar as human shields against any possible military intervention to expel him from the judiciary , ” he said.
Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights said that the execution of the organization Daesh about civil 200th in Tal Afar is a crime of genocide according to international standards as stipulated in the Convention on the Genocide and Punishment
and called the Observatory of the Iraqi government to provide the necessary protection and assistance and open transit corridors safe for fugitives from the organization according to principle 3 of the Guiding principles on internal displacement, where rests with the national authorities, in the first place and in the scope of its mandate, the duty and responsibility to provide protection and humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons.
