Denied the popular crowd, “disobeying” Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi military orders on the liberalization of Tall Afar, while the Information Office of the Prime Minister refused to provide clarification in this regard, stressing that the transfer of modern Abadi, an official statement.

Some were from the media quoted a press statement attributed to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi confirmed through the issuance of military forces directed by the popular crowd surrounded the district of Tal Afar and the liberalization of the surrounding areas for four months, but orders have not been implemented, and they went off.

The leader of the popular crowd given Kazmi in an interview I followed “Sky Press”, the “popular crowd did not disobey any military orders to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, but applies all directives and orders literally,” noting that “the lack of liberalization of Tall Afar was due to political and external pressures especially from Turkey and America, which has affected the government’s decision on the city. ”

He added Kazmi, that “Abadi ordered the popular crowd to go towards liberalization Baaj, leading to the Iraqi – Syrian border after the postponement of the battle of Tal Afar,” he said, adding that the “popular crowd forces awaiting new Abadi directives to move towards Tal Afar or other areas.”

He stressed Kazmi, that “the forces of the crowd is very committed to military directives to Ebadi and the leadership of the Iraqi joint operations, and did not violate them at all in any battle of battles waged by or Stkhodha future.”

For his part, rejected Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi Office Altodh in this regard, stressing that the “modern prime minister was published in an official statement, no relation to us what is published by the media.”
