Syrian State TV Claims IS Chief Al-Baghdadi Killed in Raqqa

 

RAQQA — Syrian state television has reported that the leader of Islamic State (IS) Abu Bakr al-Baghadi has been killed in an air strike in Raqqa, Syria.

The Syrian state television claims that the IS chief al-Baghdadi was struck in a massive air raid in the group’s stronghold of Raqqa in northern Syria.

The IS chief is the world’s most wanted man for establishing the largest terror network and inspiring violent attacks across the world.

Baghdadi has been reported dead several times before, and his death has not been confirmed this time as well.
