Iraq announces direct citizen to activate the e-Government


 

Baghdad:

Rafidain Bank, announced on Sunday, activating the electronic government for citizen complaints with the service of citizens, noting that the move is based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
The Information Office of the Bank said in a statement, “Economy News”, “received the bank began to activate the e-government private citizen complaints of citizens,” he said. “This move is based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.”
The office added that “the complaints form will allow citizens easier to communicate with the bank through email your email to receive these complaints,” noting that “complaints will be sent to the departments concerned and answered a time ceiling specified and then sent to the citizen through his e-mail or phone number.”
