Oil Minister: Private sector investment will occupy the first rank of our plan

Oil Minister Jabbar defect, Sunday, that private sector investment will occupy the first orders of the ministry’s plan to develop the oil sector in the country.

Information Office of the Minister of Oil defect Jabbar said in a statement received (range Press), a copy of it, that “the oil minister Jabbar defect, confirmed that private sector investment will occupy the first orders of the ministry’s plan to develop the oil sector in the country.”

The statement quoted the minister as saying Jabbar defect, “The private sector has a priority in the process of development of the oil wealth in the country,” noting that “the global economic crisis and falling oil prices require open multiple channels in the process of developing the important sector in the country.”

The defect, that “among the priorities of the Ministry’s work plan in the coming phase is to open the way for the private sector to invest in the oil field in order to develop it and bring it to the desired goals through increased production and export of energy to the countries of the world would be reflected positively on the Iraqi economy.”

The oil minister Jabbar Laibi face, in the August 18, 2016, an increase of the production of petroleum products and reduce the proportion of imported into half and take advantage of international experiences with regard to the distribution and mobilization of petroleum products terminals “in form and substance,” and as he emphasized the need to improve local product of benzene because of its positive impact on the citizens, he pointed out the ministry has sought to work with specialized companies to expand the area of exploration for crude oil.
