Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the envoy of the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, said the Iraqi government must take the necessary measures to protect civilians during the war on Daash said, stressing that dialogue is the “only way” to find peace in the Arab countries where “civil wars” .
